We work with EU warehouses whenever possible to ensure faster delivery and fewer customs issues.
Do you offer express shipping?
Not yet, but it's coming soon.
What if my package gets lost?
We've got you covered. If tracking shows your package is lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund—your choice.

Email us photos within 48 hours. We'll send a replacement immediately or issue a full refund—your choice. You keep the damaged one.

Our products are built to last decades, not end up in landfills. Metal is infinitely recyclable. We're working on fully plastic-free packaging by Q2 2025.
